Bennco Group is an accomplished multidisciplinary building services company operating throughout the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Established in 2016, the company provides electrical, plumbing, building, construction and civil services to the mining, resources, commercial and local government sectors.

Based in Tom Price with operations across Karratha, Paraburdoo, Pannawonica, Perth and Busselton, Bennco Group has experienced remarkable growth since its inception. Starting with just six employees in 2016, the company has scaled to over 170 staff members, delivering projects for major clients including Rio Tinto, Sodexo, Fortescue Metals Group, Hancock Iron Ore and the Shire of Ashburton.

Todd Bennett, Founder and Managing Director, focuses on corporate strategy, client relations and the day-to-day running of the business as it continues its rapid expansion across the Pilbara.

When Operational Excellence Outpaces Financial Structure

As Bennco Group experienced rapid growth, the business reached a critical juncture. While operational excellence was strong, the financial governance and strategic oversight needed to sustain such growth hadn’t kept pace.
